This was taken before the war Scott Edelman	#h-17:A gathering of students of the "Tarbut" network's Hebrew day schools from several cities and towns in Poland. They came from Horodok , Postavy, Molodechno, and other places. Among the teachers in the photo, seated in the second row from the top are: Refael Daniszewski - Danis (second from the right), Miriam Golob (third from the right), Israel Berman (second from the left), who was the principal of the Molodechno school; and Chazan (on the left; first name unknown). The meeting took place in 1929.	#h-18: Pupils of the highest grade in the "Tarbut" network's Hebrew day school in Grodek in 1928. Also in the photo: their teachers (sitting in the upper row): Lidsky (on the right), Minkowic (second from the right), Refael Daniszewski - Danis (second from the left), and Rudnik (on the left). Several of the children are holding framed quotes in Hebrew on Zionist themes. Note: "Tarbut" [Hebrew: Culture] was an educational organization that established coed Hebrew - language day schools throughout Eastern Europe between the two world wars.
